The maintenance workers are awesome, came really quick and fixed my backed up sinks super fast. The main office person in my building is also amazing. Other parts like the pest control have no respect for the older tenants, not really all the pest control people are like that just a few are.

the apartment is infested with cockroaches and bedbugs. The infestation has been going on since i moved in now, and i have notified the landlord of the problem. ... The living conditions here are unacceptable, and the landlord has failed to effectively resolve the pest problem. i can believe that i am still living a place like this.. i am barley home i cant stand seeing roaches everywhere in my unit kitchen is filled i cant even cook or eat.. i have noticed roaches coming out of the dishwashers and vends and heaters i explained that to the management still nothing has been improved pest control comes in sprays toxic chemicals in my unit and nothing has been improved its actually gone worse. the whole building is infested with roaches and i dont get how people that are living there because i wont last long i have already given my notice and i will be leaving next month and good lucky finding good and clean people to live in a trashy building. i contacted public health and Landlord and Tenant Board. advise to anyone whos wanting to move in , dont be fooled of the renovation and promises they make no matter what they do the problem with bugs and roaches wont leave that place. i posted some pictures that i took to prove that this the worst place i have ever lived in
I place a maintenance request, I was amazed how quickly they responded. Maintenance came the same day and solve the problem. Great workers and great staff working at CLV Group. I am filled with joy living in one of there apartment. Thanks to CLV group team!
Its been a month that we moved to our apartment unit in Halstead. Our experience from our initial enquiry till now has been fabulous. The apartment is maintained very clean and the maintenance requests are handled on the very next day. Hayley has went beyond expectation in getting all our needs done on time. She has been very prompt in responding to any queries and action upon any concerns. We are very happy so far and looking forward to a fantastic summer. Great job team CLV!!
Wonderful company! They recently were a big support to my small business. This amazing soul named Oliver reached out to make a large purchase of hand-made hats to help keep warm the heads of little ones in need. It was a pleasure being able to work with them and I look forward to hopefully doing so again in the future.
