I love Flo and the ladies who work here. I wouldn't even consider going to a different salon in Hamilton. The service is amazing and I feel rejuvenated by the time I leave to go home. I'm looking forward to the end of quarantine so I can go again!

Just did my mani and pedi. Wonderful experience. Ashley was so patient helping me blend my nail color.
Been here a few times, clean atmosphere, decent prices. One time I was getting my nails done the girl doing them said she didnt think the colour was nice (kind of forgetting I was sitting there) and asked if I wanted to change it even though I was almost done. Kind of made me feel bad
Honestly cannot wait to go back! I have been looking for "my" salon since I moved to Hamilton a few years ago and I can say Flo is now going to be my go to. The salon itself is extremely clean, Ashley was lovely to chat with and did an amazing job! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Amazing experience with Vanessa today when I came in to have my nails corrected after an unfortunate visit somewhere else. She took such great care and patience with the job and my nails look SO much better. On top of that, the place is spotless, the music is great, and every single person is naturally welcoming. I will definitely be back!
