I had a minor sewer backup and was referred to this company through my insurance. While I didn't wind up making a claim, Jeremy was very prompt and easy to talk to about my situation. He gave me a very frank and honest opinion of what I needed to do, and offered professional work while maintaining COVID protocols. My mind was put at ease after his assessment, and while I can't speak for their repairs, it was very easy to work with them and I would be willing to use their services

These guys charged our insurance company 27,000 for only replacing our basement windows and didnt tell us. our insurance is now taking legal action against them. definitely would not recommend.
From my experience I would say this Company along with TD Ins are criminals. Together they colluded to defrauded me out the repairs that were to be done & kept for themselves over 60 K. During this entire ordeal I was dealing with my best friend/younger sister's diagnosis of breast cancer and spent as much time with her as I could. When picked up the issues again I realized that the time remaining was short even though I had gone to the company \Ombudsman\ which in the final analysis was a waste of effort, however it is required that One must go through this before being allowed to bring it before The Ontario Ombudsman. This requirement should be changed; I am unable to see how an individual paid by the company can be impartial. They also failed to insure that I received a letter that started the clock. They never sent it!. I detest these people for what they did to me & my family. It was a horrific ordeal. I just wish that I had read some reviews before I became involved with them.
We couldn't be more thrilled with First on site's response to our sewer back up! They were so fast, professional and very kind. Highly recommend!
