I am from Brantford and there are some things which cannot be purchased anywhere in the Brantford area. I have come here for about 4 years and the always have what I need. Very polite, friendly and helpful counter staff.
I talked to the lady at the counter that too some doing at first she was fiddling with paper work on the counter and she said that she could get the item I needed about 2 to 3 grand... told me to ask the guy on the other end...he ignortantly stated to me no xxxxing way I took my wife to the car and I returned to talk to that lady again who is in charge she said the guy on the end I approached him and asked what kind of operation are you running here??I have supported this business for years and NOT EVER AGAIN PERIOD
Terrible service, weathered products. Refused to refund excess material even though I confirmed product could be returned with sales associate when purchasing. Don’t waste your time avoid!
