Great customer service, this is not a showroom ... ordered and picked up my e-bike here ... went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of.
Batteries delivered with in 3 hours of my call. But unsure why I lose so much of the warranty due to me having to do the installation.
Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helped with any questions I had! Had the best prices around and very quick repair time! I have already recommended this place to others I know!
Cool little place. The sir there was very helpful. Just know that this isn't a showroom or something, its closer to a workshop or the like so they don't carry much on hand - unless you're looking at getting a electric motorcycle- or scooter-type.
