Clearly I've made the mistake of ordering from this store, I have never had such bad customer service. I understand it is a busy time of year for them and also understand that we are in a pandemic so they are also probably having a lot of extra orders to fill, however this is no excuse to give someone attitude for checking on an order. it is extramural unprofessional to answer a phone to someone asking about an order , and simply telling them there is cannot guarantee delivery times. I was calling to make sure the order had been processed, as it had not been updated in 48 hours from my order nor has it been updated on the day of supped delivery. Which would have been made known had your employee had bothered to ask for information like a tracking number for reference, instead of disconnecting the call. Needless to say I will no longer doing business, with your location, for the reasons stated above and simply put I may even halt service with Edible Arrangements all together as I find it better to be supporting equally skilled business, with much higher standers for their staff.

I ordered fruit trays for my boyfriend's birthday and they arrived one full week early. While this is quite funny, I must deduct a star since it was also quite disappointing. I've never had such a bad experience with this company before. They did offer to send an additional product for free on his actual birthday as compensation which I am very happy with. Although the fruit trays are yummy, well arranged and a unique gift I also have to deduct a star for the price. The prices have increased so much I don't see myself using this service often. It's not affordable for a student, such as myself.

I am so happy I discovered this place after my best friend recommended it to me. Edible arrangements are so creative with their presentation and I’m in love with their chocolate covered strawberries. They taste soo good. I was impressed at how fast my delivery came in as well, would definitely be ordering again!!

On Feb 18th I placed my order through online to ask for a delivery to celebrate my daughter’s birthday on February 20th. Even though it was delivered on Feb 20th, I felt very disappointed because of two following reasons. Firstly, it was delivered around 8pm when her birthdate was almost over and nobody expects this order would be delivered at late night. Secondly, the item delivered was damaged. Six balloons were supposed to be delivered but only five were intact and one ballon was torn. It is the saddest gift ever I have given her. I wish I could have read some of reviews here and I shouldn’t have ordered from this store.
