Do not go there. They are in the process of shutting down. My scooter was stolen away by one of the workers -nicknamed "camel toe"- there the day before they shut down. I went to check on it and he thought I wasn't coming. He had to go get it from his own place under the guise of "we are moving between shops". Worse, is the fact he ripped out the rear lights because he couldn't properly do it, so now that won't work ever again. The battery was "fixed" only the problem is, it won't charge over 2% and the scooter is now a 700 paperweight. I appreciate Joshua doing whatever he can to salvage it after the other worker damaged it. He spent 7 hours trying to fix the lights and wouldn't take money. At the end of the day, I took it there and it came out in way worse condition.

I met the owner at the breakfast eatery Sunset Grill Kenilworth/Barton plaza. 2 of his 3 wheeler scooters were parked outside. Back in 2012. I dropped into his shop on Barton. E29 below was of interest to me.
Awesome service. Thank you so very much to Rick he was a lifesaver..fixed my bike up great and quick. Definitely check this place out for all your ebike needs
I found them very helpful
Very bad business. I bought a new scooter there, and had nothing but problems with the owner and the staff. Incompetent comes to mind. I would give them a MINUS 500 STARS if it were possible. Rick, the owner, is very rude and masuaganistic. He plays stupid games, and doesn't like to honor the warranty. 1. I would bring my bike in for sevice, to change my flat back tire. I would return to find they broke my front fender!!!! Who does that. So, I wasted more time waiting for that to be fixed. Then, I had to return to get the brakes ajusted, because they forgot that!!!!! 2. Then, I needed to change the cells in my battery. I returned to pik up my bike and driving home it wasn't working right. I opened up my bike and discovered that the black case was busted and had black electrical tape holding it together. I called Rick and brought the bike back. He accused me of breaking it. Kicked me out of his store and told me to go somewhere else. So, I did go somewhere else. Only to discover that the second battery was wired completely wrong, and that I was very lucky that it hadn't cought on fire, driving down the street. I was a good costumer, and brought him business. I don't think I deserved to be treated like that. I think they drink to much or something. This is only some of the problems with the owner. I don't have all day, but if I could caution everyone to go ANYWHERE else You know what they say about leopards. I've herd through the grapevine, that nothing has changed. ......HAPPY TRAILS
