Used to be an absolutely fantastic building. New management however, has driven it into the ground. To make up for revenue shortfall, they have leased out many of the lofts as short-term overnight stays (see hotels.com site). Ruins character of the community. Management is ridiculously unresponsive. Maintenance and upkeep has fallen. They do not seem to understand that in an attempt to increase revenue, they decrease it over the long-term--reducing its appeal it had once to young, respectable professionals. Avoid because it's turned into a hotel.

Booking my stay was super easy and the loft was slick but once there had to jump through hoops to get access, once in had a pushy film crew rush us. And parking was a nightmare.
Very bad building management, ever not reply for email or phone call. Still own my 1000 dollar. please do not rent or live here.
Prices are very misleading and dishonest. Advertised and 67 online. On hotels.com when you arrive they charge you 75 more plus an extra 30.00. Very deceptive practice. Never staying here again nor will recommend. You can stay at a Knights Inn. Comfort inn. Holiday inn for 50 -80 less.
This place is so horribly managed.... people think its a hotel because of the amount of AirBnbs in the building. Ive been living here for 5 years and have seen the decrease in ownership. Its a beautiful building but do not feel safe in it at all the amount of traffic in and out of the building is crazy. Also people steal things from the building and treat it like garbage. For the amount they charge for rent you would think they would do the bare minimum as an owner of the building but that is not the case here.
