I called the company on a Wednesday and they gave me an appointment the next day with an exact time (not a 5 hour window). They called prior to arriving on time, and were very professional and responsible following all Covid protocols. They found the entry-point of the critter, put the one-way door on and the problem was solved. I would definitely use this service again if needed.

Adam and his team have been so incredibly diligent in helping with our mouse situation at our home in Hamilton. We appear to have quite a significant number of mice in the house and he has returned multiple times to provide additional bait stations without additional charge and has even come by on short notice to remove a dead mouse. Would definitely recommend Adam and his crew for pest and wildlife services.

We called to book an appointment for an inspection yesterday and they managed to squeeze us in today! Not only that, we were told they would be here between 12-5 and Camryn arrived just after 1 pm with great manners and personality. With the chaos of tearing apart our home because of bugs, we found comfort in the advice and kind words of this lovely fellow. I would definitely recommend this company.
