The service was very quick from the consultation to installation. Great price. The installer was excellent. Very professional. The carpet looks amazing. 5 star. Would highly recommend Direct Carpet.

This place is my new go-to for all things carpet. My calls were answered and because we were in a pandemic I got to choose my carpet over text. The show room had every sample imaginable when looking at my choice in-person. Installation went seamlessly. We are moving and had a time crunch that was met by the staff. The installers were extremely friendly and the final result was beautiful!! Everyone wore masks and respected COVID safety regulations when interacting with them which was fantastic and professional. Overall, replacing our stair runner was a smooth experience and I would recommend Direct Carpet to everyone!
