Best physio place in Ontario. I will go nowhere else. I have gone elsewhere and this place is 1000x better in all aspects. They even have an under water tread mill.

Great time for the second year In a row for the McMaster Children's Christmas party. Very well out together and great times for the kids!!

Overall clean and well maintained facility. The staff is friendly although can be understaffed during evening hours. The gym times post on the app can be inconsistent at times, so make sure to call beforehand if you're going for a specific sport in sports hall.
