DARTS is an exemplary service that has been my main use of travel for years now. It’s drivers are kind and caring and ensure that they do the best they can in all driving conditions. I want to give a big thumbs up and applaud Ryan in dispatch. He goes above and beyond for people. Whenever I am calling needing a ride, even the occasional same day ride, Ryan is always able to accommodate it! He goes out of his way to really look where many others don't. He is just so patient and understanding, has such a friendly voice and I really appreciate that.
