I have been working out of the CoWork space in The Cotton Factory for 6 months now and I truly couldn't be happier. After a few years of working from home, I was lonely and sick of trying to find free spots at local coffee shops. The atmosphere here is great, people are friendly and my little nook is perfect. I like that I can pop on my headphones and people really respect your work flow but also knowing there is usually someone to chat with when I feel social. Each day at lunch the CoWork kitchen has a local restaurant in to provide a 10 catered lunch, so if you aren't into meal prep, this is a life saver! The team here is friendly and I find I actually look forward to coming in and getting some work done. You can't be the look or feel of this building, the natural light is absolute perfection. The mix of artisans and businesses make for a great atmosphere. I highly recommend coming to check out this building!

CoWork at the Cotton Factory is such a delightful space to work in! There's plenty of light, big windows, high ceilings, quiet music to work along to, food options, coffee, internet an entire building to explore when I need to stretch my legs. The other businesses and entrepreneurs here are from vastly different sectors of the community which contributes to the diversity of the space. The building itself is a feast for the imagination and provides ample inspiration to work and tackle my to-do list. The Lunch and Learns, concerts and other events add even more value to this already happening hub. Anything I need - whether it be business wise or otherwise, there's someone at the Cotton Factory who specializes in it. Never a dull day!

Chill vibes only. I've worked at this beautiful space for a couple months now and the people and space are great for productivity. Some days it's quiet, but even when it's not you can still get work done and make a friend! Coffee's pretty good, tea selection could use a re-up.

Great open space to work, free parking in Hamilton, WiFi and all the good stuff for low monthly fees. I was able to get a tour in about a day and started working that same week!
