Ladybird Animal Sanctuary

The vast selection of items, the excellent, made-in-house deli and baked goods, the clean and convenient layout of the shop, and the kind and courteous staff are all reasons we keep coming back to Coven. To be able to shop without checking the ingredients of every item is an amazing feeling. And, they support local rescue organizations! You can find our Ladybird Lava hot sauce for sale there. We love Coven!

Went in to pick up some dairy free items for my wife and the woman working could not have been more helpful if she tried! Amazing customer service! Ended up picking up a cinnamon bun as well amazing taste and flavour!

I don’t often leave reviews but I love love this place!!! The curated items are vast. Can find all of those items I just can’t seem to find elsewhere. The in-store made items from cold pastas,sandwiches & soups, bakery items and the frozen dinners are so good. I’m so happy they are back open! As well, the owners and staff are so kind and thoughtful. You don’t get that at most grocers or stores. I am very honestly giving this 5 stars.

Always a treat shopping here! They have a fantastic selection of vegan staples and goodies. Their sandwiches and salads at the deli are a great deal and super tasty. Their baked good are dangerously addictive. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Coven's new location makes it a bona-fide grocery store. Every single thing is plant-based and I have a hard time trying to choose what to buy because there are a million new things I want to try. There's even a deli counter with made to order sandwiches and salads, plus you have to pick up something from the bakery, it's incredible. I always grab a cake slice, it's divine.

Best vegan grocery in all on Ontario! It's not an intimidating health food store full of vitamins and confusing ingredients. It is a paradise of simple, delicious vegan food! So welcoming and accessible. The branding is unique and memorable, and the products available are clearly hand selected based on locality and quality. Staff is always friendly. I guarantee you will find what you need, and leave with extra. Recent extension to a deli and larger bakery is impressive as well. Thanks Coven for all the goodies! Much love.

Love having an all vegan market in Hamilton! They have so many options of so many things I've never seen before . So many yummy things to try and love that they have a little soup, sandwich and goody section in their new location. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
