The terminal is located at Pier 15, and is immediately adjacent to the Port Authority Security office, as well as a federally certified scaling station. The entrance is easily accessible and there is no requirement for port security before accessing the terminal. HCT uses E-TERM, a proven container terminal management system capable of real time tracking, which is also available to all of our customers.
