Mark who works here is very rude and unprofessional. every time I have to ask if he took the dirty mop head. his reply. I will now. then turns to my co worker n says well I better take that before she gets mad. EXCUSE ME!! would you like to clean ur floors with a smelly mop? I'm sorry but no this is a business and theirs a reason why we hire ur company. this isn't the only time he's been rude. a separate time in the winter I asked for 2 mops a weeks because of the salt on the floor. I thought he was going to be nice. nope he came in with 5 or 6 mop heads n says is this enough? another time I told him their a few dirty mops would u be able to take them. his excuse was I can't take them when they are wet. they are mops how are they not wet? this isn't good for ur business especially since customers witness this. and I have to ask before he leaves if he's done his job properly

This company is a joke, billing for uniforms for employees that no long work for us. Also trying to get someone to help with issues is impossible. Overall i would even give them a star rating.

What a bunch of clowns. Trying to hold me to a contract signed by someone who was never employed by me and has no signing authority on MY corporation. Was a customer for 13 years and because I found a competitor who halved their price. They’re trying to bill me 4000 for breaking a contract that is not legally binding. I’ve spoke with 4 different people on the issue and they all feel the same way. As a last ditch effort one guy asked me to keep a 10 monthly contract for no services rendered just to “keep the contract in tact”. Unprofessional and poor business skills.
My buddies company hired them, the initial quote was 152 a month, for two years...when they showed up with the uniforms they were 6 weeks late and it was 198 a week and they failed to mention it was a 5 year contract - total cost of 52, 000 for 5 years!!!!! And this is a small business
