Very poor agency. Not happy with this agency at all. No one calls to let you know a rough time about of their coming. They expect you sit around all day and wait for them to phone you to say they are on their way. If you miss their call you miss your visit. Very unprofecial! They never seem to be able to find a worker to go see my grandmother on the weekends even thought they have schedules done 2 weeks in advance. I would not recommend this agency at all. It is very unfortunate that we were given this agency as there are so many other better, more professional agencies out there. Some of their workers are more interested in just doing the very bare minimum and leaving before their time is up that clients are in titled to.
I'm incredibly disappointed by this place, everything from unprofessional calls where the reps were rude to informing me that they cannot help me through the holidays. people contact an agency like this because they need help, and yet this is some of the worst customer service i have ever seen. Would not reccomend.
All of the staff that worked with me were great! I was glad that I chose CBI to help me with my injuries.
