Excellent service. Everyone was extremely polite and kept me updated at all times. Was quoted as a 3 day bumper repair, ended up picking up my car a day and a half after dropping it off. What was really impressive was they vacuumed out my truck for me. In the summer I had sod in the truck and it left quite a dirty mess. I was in no way expecting them to vacuum it out for me as it was not related at all to my visit. What a pleasant surprise that was. I'd not hesitant to recommend this place for body work. Excellent.

They did a fantastic job on my car. Very good experience with them.
My car was hit while parked on the road and required (almost) the entire left side of the body to be replaced (approx 9000 of damage). I took my car to this CARSTAR location and they were fantastic! Right out of the gates, the tow truck driver was lovely and very reassuring that my car would be taken care of. They were prompt with letting me know the estimate, communicated back and forth with my insurance and made the whole experience as painless as possible! The customer service reps and technicians were so nice, knowledgable and approachable throughout the whole process. They were able to repair the car in just two weeks (in a pandemic, no less) and it looked AMAZING. Seriously, the car looked brand new. I could not be happier with the way it turned out. They even cleaned the inside of the car for me. The people who work here are so talented and good at their jobs, you will not be disappointed!
Review is from a while ago. After getting rear-ended and pushed into the car in front of me I had to have both bumpers replaced. The technician was very honest with me and told me his thoughts. The car took way less time than they quoted so I was very happy about that. Customer service was very good and the quality of work was even better.
Was rear ended and our insurance brought us to this location. The team there was fantastic and took care of every minor detail. Car came back clean inside and out. Thank you Brad and the team for a terrific job.
