Dave is unreliable, uneducated, and unorganized. He didnt note what repairs were needed on my vehicle as I discussed with him on the phone before i booked. I told him 3 separate times the repair I needed. he told me to purchase the part and i called from part source to confirm it was correct. When i arrived, he insisted I told him it was the front of my car, not the rear. That i had bought the wrong part. Proceeded to yell at me and belittle when I called him out on it. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. Should have known better than to go Back, after he left lights on my dash from the first time he did repairs. Simply put he is incompetent.
