Incognito At Unknown

Update your shop hours online!!!! On the strength of Google that says you are open until 9 pm on Thursday I went to purchase a bear. It is currently 7:25 and the kiosk is completely closed up, tarps over everything and no one in site. Not impressed.

We were blown away by the time and care the staff took to help us and our 2 year pick out the perfect bear. The staff were so good with the kids and made the process fun, easy and special. Build-a-bear is as much about the experience as it is about the purchase.

This location is now just a kiosk in the mall instead of a storefront. It was still an excellent experience for our 2 yr old !! She had a blast. The staff was so lovely and added to the magic. If it wasn't so expensive we would be back again soon; but it is definitely a special occasion type place. Loved it.

So happy with my expirence here. I'm a little old to be getting build a bears but all 3 lady's were so kind to me .my best service was with the nice lady with the thought curly red hair and the lady with red hair and bangs . They are so fun and make ur purchase worth it. I had went gine to the build a bear at lime ridge mall since they changed to the kiosk . But it's all new and they still ha e the great selection and it's all technological in the screen you can type the words for your birth certificate. Again I wanted to mention how great the staff were. We drove 45minutes out for this store. My boyfriend was a little questionable at first about it since I was so obsessed over a build a bear workshop but the lady's made the time so fun for me. I came home with 2 ponys from a great deal they were having. The nice lady's were asking about my day and why I chose the ponys over the other selection . It was just great I wanna go again even if I do gotta spend some money. Love it!5 stars from me as long as the lady either curly hair and the lady with the red hair and bangs are there. Sorry I didn't catch their names even though by the end of the expirience they knew mine. I'm happy
