Had an amazing experience with Buckoo flooring. Great customer service, I was in and out in no time without wasting anytime they were able to get my order ready before I even got to their location. It was my first time experience with them and without any complaints I got what I wanted as I was in a rush too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs flooring material without a second thought with decent prices as well.

Bucko flooring did a great job on our floors! They helped us source the product we wanted as they did not carry it in store. They installed approximately 900 sq. ft. of vinyl as well as baseboards and trim throughout our main floor. The installation was completed efficiently and professionally, and we are happy with the results. We would definitely recommend Bucko as their prices were the lowest around and their work was excellent! My only recommendation for the owners would be more frequent communication to keep the customer updated on the status of the order, and progress. Overall we are grateful for Bucko's help in renovating our home and wish them the best in the future as they expand their business!

Best flooring store in Hamilton. Their selection is very large and prices are excellent while still having great quality. I bought laminate for my main floor and Shivani was a great help! I plan to go back when for my basement flooring.

We just bought and got out floors installed. The price was good on the floors and people were very nice. The installation was to take 2-3 days-ended up taking 7 but left house in construction for total 13 days. We took the time off work for them not to show and also not call. They did not complete job until we called them to come back do a lot of fixes such as lifted boards, uncocked trim, spaced out trim, glue leftover and many more. A box with waste fell and scratched our car. scratched newly paint walls in our home. blood left on floor from worker. No money reduced on near 8,000.00 job-would not recommend. To add we also had to purchase padding which is supposed to be free from their location. This added 400 to our cost. Also noticing lots of short cuts Like 2 inch missing trim behind the bed that they didn’t want us to notice. The photo below is just one of the many short cuts the installer took that we continue to find behind furniture. These were pointed out to installer as well as owner. Nothing was done and no money was taken off for the errors that we ended up having to pay more money for another company to come in and fix. I should not have to call you to have this conversation again. You have our number and e-mail on file. If you would like to make this right compensate some of our money for the fixes we had to make after you wouldn't and for the days we had to take off when workers just didn't show up. These were unpaid days for me for nothing.
