First and last time using! Don't waste your time! It took two hours (which I totally understand because of the snow and this is not apart of my complaint) and then randomly showed up without any call or text to let me know the total or the email to send the transfer to. After waiting in the hallway with the driver for an additional 20 minutes for her boss to confirm the e transfer, I decided to call him and let him know that I sent it and we are just waiting on his green light. He immediately began yelling saying that the driver should know what she's doing and how it isn't his problem. I once again calmly said "yes I understand but since you're the boss we can't do anything until-" and he interrupted me with more yelling so I hung up and grabbed my beer and went into my apartment. The driver was incredible and so sweet and helpful so I gave her a tip. But the owner is as useless as nuts on the pope and rude as all hell. USE DIAL A BOTTLE INSTEAD!!!!

Today was the first time I used BOB'S delivery and I was very satisfied with the service delivery person was friendly and they were within the time that they indicated they would be
Was a loyal customer but kept getting sent to the wrong locations to wait. Then was verbally assaulted by owner and sent text messages by driver calling me names. Still have the texts and if I could post them I would.
I don't know where to begin... do not order with this service. Genuinely. These are VERY VERY BAD PEOPLE. The 2 stars average should be your warning already. Please support a different Hamilton delivery service. The way I was personally treated was absolutely disgusting, abusive, and not to mention frightening I am almost glad to read that I was not the only one. Please support other businesses especially during COVID. Also, don't ruin your own day. Order elsewhere :) I can only imagine the things they would to do your food, products, etc; if they are this nasty and degrading over a minor issue whatever it may be (it happens). Never, in my entire life, I have ever had to deal with being treated like this, especially from a business. Sick people.
The driver was amazing, polite and understanding. This was the total opposite of the boss - rude, short, and aggressive.
Absolutely horrible, waited almost 3 hours, the boss said the driver Waites 20 minutes, and didn't have our number, keep in mind I ordered thru text and the boss called screaming at my husband. Went to the wrong address twice and charged 60 dollars for a 24 of Labatt blue....you'd be better off paying an extra 10 and getting bootleg, the service would be better, wouldn't wait an insane amount of time (ordered at 2 it finally arrived at 6)
Where do I start? I ordered cigarettes from them and paid thru etransfer which was not set up properly for a business! Stood outside for 10 minutes figuring out security questions while this is going on the "boss" calls my phone yelling at me to order me to hurry up suggesting his employee was waiting outside. Completely ignoring the fact I told them to come to my back door and if they had paid attention to direction possibly everyone would be happy???? Hmmm Probably not.
Yeah literally the worst delivery service I have ever used. Very Rude/ close minded delivery drivers. Honestly shocked
