Worst customer service ever. Recently bought as laptop. It came with a few promos. Some that were free. Our sales person didn't even mention it to us. I ended up buying them separately. Do research before buying. Sales people are not helpful.

Very impressed by the service I received from the general Manager Dave and his assistant Nancy, they both worked very hard to help me with a pre order purchase. Best buy had a glitch in the system that was not allowing the discount and they put all resources to make it happen. Very pleased A successful business starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom, I'm sure all staff follow this example.

Awesome experience at Best Buy. My headset microphone had broke the day before, and I went to the store in search of a new one. I really wanna commend Matthew M for helping me. Super friendly and polite helping me get the item I needed since I couldn't find it. He asked me how my day was, what games I play, and really made the employee-customer interactions very pleasant. He definitely deserves a raise with the way he treated me today. Thumbs up for Matthew!

Do not buy something to \Pick Up In Store\!!! Reserved an Oculus Quest 2 for my Autistic sister, got the confirmation email and the credit card was all set up. Only to get an email 45 minutes later saying the order was cancelled due to \low stock\. Don't say it's in stock then! Tried to call the store for some help and only their answering machine picked up, no customer service. Whatever you do, buy it in store. Don't use this pick up in store falsehood and get the same results.

Very nice store to go into. Well set up and the store is very clean. Went in to get a Lenovo Smart Display on at a very good price. Staff are freindly and very helpful. Lots of parking outside.
