Recently purchased an area rug and stair runner for my recently re-modelled basement. The customer service at the store was very good. Very friendly and accommodating. We dealt with Kirsty Arevalo and she was very helpful with showing us several options to narrow down the selections from hundreds to a handful we could more easily choose from. I would definitely recommend them for any flooring needs and plan to go there again in the near future.
