I purchased a window back in 2006 and now it appears to get condensation. I called back on February 28, 2018 to inform them and get help, Steve the owner said he would come to take a look and discuss what could be done back on March 8, 2018. It's now April 4, 2018 and I've been calling almost every day and leaving a message for them to call, I have yet to receive a call. Doesn't appear they provide any post purchase/installation service. Once they have your money forget about any help.
