Do NOT use this company! They are unprofessional, abusive and will not care for your vehicle. The tow truck driver was frustrated, arguing with his girlfriend, swearing and when he dropped the car off, he left it partially blocking the driveway and sidewalk. Police were called because it looked like it had crashed and we received a healthy ticket for blocking the sidewalk. Attempts to reach the company about this provided less professionalism with the dispatcher screaming and insulting us over the phone. Absolutely no reply from management or customer service to my several attempts through email. I repeat, do not take a chance with this company. If I could give them a minus 1000, I would. I hope my review saves someone else from a horrible experience.

5i had no power and could not get home. Called AC towing and got me going in 10 minutes. I got home before dark. Thanks so much Alex.. You do good service. I will call you agIn.
Would not recommend at all. Have been waiting nearly 3 hours. Was told to pay extra due to getting a bigger truck on their behalf. If not paid A Action is ready to take my vehicle in to the pound if higher price is not paid.
I was told they would have a truck for me within the hour and waited more than 2hrs. The hook up was 60 plus 3 per klm so I set my trip meter when we left (I was in another car) and it read 6.2km but the driver said it was 9km's and would not consider what I told him about it only being 6.2km. He informed me that his Gps said 9km's so after I paid him I went back and gps'd the trip myself which showed 6.3kms. They will flat out rip you off it is a bad company and I will tell everyone not to use them!
