I'm all about Vintage... yes I have modern tvs, but I also LOVE vintage tvs.. especially when they are working! Back in June 2018, I acquired this fabulous GE 1950s console tv (pictures shown). It needed an overhaul, so I did some online looking for someone who would do this sort of thing and found Paul and A1 TV. Paul brought this beauty back to life for me and made her safe to use again. That was 2 years ago and I'm still enjoying watching her. I love to watch old movies on her at Christmas time. I'm so happy with the work that Paul did for me back then, that I now have another vintage tv and I'm taking it to Paul again to get fixed up. Paul is responsive and helpful and let's you know an estimate before beginning any work. And since this is an older tv, if it's not possible to fix it, Paul is honest and will let me know that too. I recommend A1 TV to anyone who has any TV issues. :)
My Brother took my TV to this place and left it there,and I can honestly say it was worth it and even though my Brother lives in Stoney Creek he now has a spare TV and I can buy myself a new one on black Friday! Great honest service. Always ! Once again, they have proven themselves! Super;
This gentleman looked after my elderly parents with honesty and integrity. He drove out to their home on the other side of town to troubleshoot the TV onsite. He then ordered parts from the US and fixed the TV at his shop. So wonderful to find someone actually able to fix something and divert it from the landfill. Although I live 2 hours from his shop, he is definitely now my 'local' TV repair person.
One day service as promised. Very pleasant and professional. Promised to repair and return my 65” tv in one day and he kept his promise.
