The staff was super nice and friendly. They politely asked us to check our our temperature due to covid-19, than cleared us. The staff inside was super nice and patient. We looked around and they showed us couple of different options we were interested in. We will definitely be visiting soon. :)

Amazing. Az and her team are the absolute best. They were patient, knowledgeable and super friendly. Friendly enough that I went back and bought a 2nd watch. I was impressed with their customer service, and they were extremely helpful with contacting the Markham location to get me the extra links. I would definitely recommend this location.

Spoke to Dylan (store associate) before heading down to the store; he was very helpful over the phone and also in the store when we got there ! There was a large selection of watches and also a ton of great deals. Dylan took his time to help us and was very knowledgeable and for that reason, I was able to pick up the perfect time pieces. Will definitely have to come back soon, thanks!

Shout out to Dylan for his amazing cx service. He greeted me at the door n took the ownership by helping me him self rather than passing on to another clerk even tho i had a cx service concern. I have shopped in movado company stores else where across North America but this was by far the best experience hands down!
