I love Michael Kors!! I always find a little gift for myself or for someone. What I don't like, is horrible customer service. About 5 or 6 ladies, standing around the side of the checkout desk, chatting. I couldn't get an item off of the top shelf because the item on the lower shelf had some wear or scuff marks. When someone finally asked if they could help with something, I asked particularly for the item on the top shelf. She redirected me to the scuffed backpack. I asked for the one on the top shelf again, and eventually she said she would go to the back to get me a new one. After some time, she came back to tell me that they did not have any in the back. Again I asked for the one on the top shelf. At this point she apologized again for not having a new one in a bag in the back. After all of this, I ended up leaving to which she then offered to get the one on the top shelf. I can only tolerate enough avoidance and left without a gift for my husband.
