Very dissapointed with the service received. This was my first time using this auto service as it was recommended by the dealership I bought my truck from, it will also be my last. I had my truck towed in and asked for a quote on what would need fixed and how much it would be. I was given a quote for 1,400.00 “all in”. Two days later I received a call that my truck was ready and when I showed up to pick it up I was shocked with a bill of 2,100.00. I understand that maybe they found more that needed to be fixed from the original quote and that there is a safety standard. What I don’t understand is why I never heard from anyone in those two days to let me know that the bill had drastically increased. When I expressed my concern there was no apology or explanation as to why this was the process. I have dealt with many auto shops and have never been dissapointed or left a negative review. Overall not happy with the service.
