Never really quite understood why a bar opened in a residential area. Especially when there is a building directly across the street where many seniors reside, including my elderly mother and father whose unit face your establishment, and are subjected to hearing loud music, and obnoxious and loud young people cavorting after they drink. Shame!

The dude in the kitchen is the Pablo Picasso of sandwiches! I am going back to eat every thing on the menu!
A place where community meets , from the live music on Thursday night of a band that will get your foot tapping! Or the bright faces that fill the room both behind the bar and in the seats of patrons. To me this was the first place that made me lik.. LOVE CIDER. All of their brews bring your taste buds way past the bench mark of the generic ciders we've seen popularize the shelves of big market Cider. If you want something as unique as where they got most of their re-purpused decor this is the place ! For those hesitant about trying Cider check out the WABAMO ! and if your extra hesitant don't worry there are always non-cider drinks available. This place is something special to me and I hope it will be to you !

This is a great new addition to the North end. It's has a one-of-a-kind atmosphere, focusing on reusing material. They do serve food, but their menu is fairly small, so this place is definitely more of a place to get some drinks with friends. It's not a huge spot, so make sure to get there early to grab a seat. The staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a great drinks in a truly unique setting.
Sourwood is my favorite cider, hands-down. The Golden Chaga is my absolute favorite.
We enjoyed a couple of delicious ciders but the real star was Floyd's Sandwiches. The simplicity of a hoagie, taco salad and a mortadella melt was super nostalgic and amazing. Everything was delicious. I recommend eating one of everything, with one or more crisp Sourwood Cider ... The. Best.
