STEALER-SHIP, NOT DEALership Charged over 530 for a regular check up computer diagnostic, NOTHING else (Is there an association to report this to?). Just realised after just 3k that they either didn't do an oil change as noted or put in the wrong oil causing my engine to overheat and grind. Furthermore, they have NONE of the expected expertise. Most mechanics can run a computer diagnostic - why did I come here!? Even they don't know why my car door doesn't work auto unlock. Take a picture of what you signed. they claimed I sighed up for the cost, which I didn't cause I read my stuff. No reason to come here unless you want your wallet fixed.

I called yesterday for an an appointment for a simple headlight replacement. I asked how much the part was and how much it was going to be to install. I gave the partsperson my model number, engine size, and even the VIN from my car. They quoted me at 12 for the part and 65 for the labour. Today my husband called (he was concerned that it was so low). He even asked about it and was met with rudeness in place of concern. The new price he was quoted was 365. Much further than the one I was quoted. Then, the partsperson actually tried to say that it may have been because the one needed in my car is the more expensive one: something that should have been extremely clear to for someone who works with one make of car for a living!!! One of two things happened here, as far as I can see: One: he was wrong yesterday about the correct part and he was trying to foist the mistake upon my limited knowledge of all parts needed for my car. Not very nice. Two: he deliberately quoted me the wrong price yesterday so that I would come in, they would change the part and charge me 280 more than my quote from yesterday. Not nice, but also morally questionable and can be categorized under the near cliche public opinion and experience with mechanics that take advantage of an unsuspecting and trusting public. For shame.

Love my SUV, hate their customer service. I had a used 2007 that I loved and finally felt ready to take the plunge and buy new. Got a new QX60, and was excited not to have constant huge repair bills, for a whole 9 months....A 50 vehicle should not require 1500 in new tires after 18,000kms, and less than one year. When I called the dealership about it, I of course couldn't get through. No one called me back from service or warranties, so I called the sales person who said too bad for me bc I got my oil change done somewhere other than infinity. So they have no interest in doing anything about my tires. Then the service guy told me it's bc I didn't get an alignment. Then another service guy told me it's bc I didn't rotate them enough. Lots of different explanations, but of course, no resolution to my problem. That's fine, I'll go buy some tires somewhere else and start the count down to getting rid of my infinity....never buying new again.
