Service here is always excellent and the variety of items is plentiful. I've been disappointed with the changes to their return policy though and I would think twice before ordering a big ticket item.
I like MEC as a company, but there are a couple things about this location that can be challenging. It's hard to find parking nearby the store, which makes it difficult to buy anything big or buy several items. I also find that a lot of the items on the website are not in stock at the Halifax store, so it's worth checking before you go to the store.
Amazing service. The bike sales person was so knowledgeable and passionate about biking that the experience was a lot of fun. The prices are a bit steep but that's because of the really high quality so it's worth it in the end.
