Love the product here but hate going into the store. You can tell the staff hate their jobs. You walk in and it’s like it pains the guy working to greet you and ask if he can help you with anything. I understand having to work with the public through COVID-19 for minimum wage is unfair. But if you can’t even muster up a smile for a stranger then stay home.. you’d make more money from CERB anyway.

LOVE Journeys! Super friendly and helpful staff. I purchased Instore on a Saturday and had it shipped to my home (3hrs away) as the size I needed was unavailable, my order arrived on Monday . Journeys is definitely my families “Go to” shoe store

Staff was very friendly except for one girl. Every time I walk in the store she gives dirty looks and when I went to the cash to make my purchase the rude worker walked away as soon as I put my items down. I asked her for help and she ignored when I was looking for a size. Every other staff was super helpful and friendly!
