I called 6 times on Nov 2 and 2 more on Nov 3, 2018. There was no option to leave a voice mail. The message was an automated one saying the customer you are trying to reach has the phone off or is outside the service area. I even tried texting and then going to their location as well as a last attempt. The door said by appointment only with the phone number. If you aren't a 24 hour service, then don't advertise as one. At least a voice mail service would be more respectful. Once a grieving family makes the decision at this horrible time to use your service, issuing them a challenge to have to go through the agony of wasting valuable time trying to track you down and then having to revisit the list to try to pick a second option for a loved one is cruel as far as I am concerned. I would never recommend you or try to contact you again!. I debated calling to voice this complaint then thought why should I spend more time trying to call you when you obviously don't have much regard for your clientele. An online review will let people know what they can expect if they opt to do business with your company and trust you with their loved one.

Harbourside Crematorium has an excellent service and showed a lot of compassion when my family and I were going through difficult moments. Definitely not a business that is in it to make money off your back while you are in emotional distress. They accompanied us and made this process a lot easier. I can't thank you enough.
