Called this place and was totally ignored. Was not happy with the rude lady who answered the phone she asked me what I wanted and then told me she didn’t think she could return my call - why answer the phone then?. She refused service citing that their company was focusing only on existing customers only. How do you know I wasn’t a referal ? How do you know that I wasn’t your clients neighbor. Or better yet how do you know I wasn’t a client calling about a new house I just bought. Just goes to show how unprofessional you were. She didn’t seem like she wanted my business so I won’t give you my money then. It’s just too bad. Don’t trust all the 5 star reviews.

Matt arrived promptly, had a fun bright orange truck, was very friendly and most importantly found two wind chimes and wind decorations I was convinced were stolen by neighbourhood hooligans! And laid them out carefully on my front porch railing for me to find later. I can't see inside my gutters, but I am confident they did a wonderful job cleaning them, and they have also partially restored my faith in my fellow humans in the process. Thank you Matt and crew!!!
Blown away with the entire experience. Fast and easy booking. We picked a date and they were there bright and early. I appreciated being given the opportunity to let them know exactly what I wanted done and the areas I had the most concern with. Their close attention to detail shines through their hard work because my house and wood work look fantastic! Would highly recommend and certainly have already to my friends & family. Thanks guys!
Bought a house and noticed the Heat Pump had mold around the sides as it had not been cleaned in 5 years. Walls were newly painted and was very worried that they would be damaged as I had heard of other companies damaging the walls. Gorilla took extra time to make sure no water leaked out when cleaning it and now the heat pump looks new. Even noticed that it is not as loud as it was.
Thank you to the team at Gorilla Property Services for an amazing job pressure washing the balconies at The Hydrostone Place Condominiums. My balcony hasn't been this clean and mildew-free since we moved in 5 years ago. I will have to get you back in this spring to once again pressure wash the Peak AV complex :) Best, Mike Merrigan
Matt was very responsive to my request, came by personally to look at the property and provided an all inclusive quote. The house, gutters and deck have never looked better!! Would absolutely recommend Gorilla Property Services. We are so happy with the results.
