NO REFUND ON DEFECTIVE GOOD My mom bought an electric caddy which the staff recommended for close to 1,500 on Saturday for my dad’s 65th birthday. He took it to the field the next day only to find that the noise is too loud and that it falls too easily. It knocks itself down as you let go of the handle. My mom’s got one and their golfmate’s got one; you don’t expect an electric caddy to work that way. It could have damaged the clubs by falling. I spoke to Patrick, the manager. He said “No defect.” Has he looked at it? No. Even if it is defective, he said, NO REFUND. The manufacturer doesn’t replace it, according to him. I hope the manufacturer agrees with him at least. How long it’ll take for him to take a look at it and call me? Two months \u003e weeks \u003e a couple of weeks \u003e within a week, again, all according to him. I guess I have until next Wednesday to see how they handle the situation. I hope I get to update this review “within a week.” So he called. I think I know why the manufacturer would not replace the device: Patrick himself took it apart and reassembled the electric caddy, well, according to him. I doubt he is an engineer or has any experience being a designer, inspector, or anything of that sort. I’m now wondering how long ago the electric caddy was manufactured. My parents took it back and to the field again. It then would stop on its own with the battery full. Patrick replaced it with store credit. Store credit of close to 1,500 for a defective good their staff recommended a couple of weeks ago. I should have gone to Better Business Bureau when Patrick took it apart and reassembled it himself.

Courteous and respectful. Totally professional. Store is staffed with knowledgable and experienced staff. Quality equipment at affordable prices. Ask for Sam Roy, very helpful person. Sales staff is not pushy. They allow you to take as long as you like.

Went in for a fitting for a new set of irons. Patrick took the time to explain the process and what each change (shaft, lie, loft) would accomplish. I never realized what a small change in one item could accomplish for me. I was fitted once before at the other chain in town and it had left me with a bad taste for the process. Get fitted no matter how bad you think your swing is. I highly recommend Golf Central for all your golfing needs!!
