My first visit to Eyes on Lacewood was excellent! The doctor provided me with full attention and care. Katie and Kelly were the best when it came to choose a frame. I ended up buying the first two frames that Katie showed me. Really friendly service. The glasses arrived very quickly and again, the service at pick up was perfect! I am so happy I did my research and end up at Eyes on Lacewood. Thank you to the whole team!

My first visit here was amazing! Ben and Katie were very accomodating, hands down! Couldn’t ask for anything better. Not awkward getting my first eyeglasses, especially when you have NO IDEA what kind of frames you‘re gonna get. So here comes Ben, being his patient self and all, helping me out in choosing the frame that best suits my face shape. Then Katie was the one who double checked my insurance. Both of them helping me together! Great job guys! You have a great team there!
I had a phenomenal visit at Eyes on Lacewood. Previously I walked away from an appointment at another place due to the way one of the employees were speaking to a customer, and was a bit hesitant coming in for the same appointment at a different location. I cannot tell you how lovely this visit was, but I will try. I walk in, the lady at the front was a delight. The Optometrist was a delight. Ben, the man helping me with finding the right fit for my face, was fantastic. Ben was so full of great energy, super personable, and comfortable to be around. :) Thanks for a fantastic experience, Eyes on Lacewood- especially Ben. (Benoît?) The little things go a long way, and I will continue to be a customer here because of the way I was treated here.
At age 35 I was in need of my first ever prescription eyewear, and maybe my first ever Optometry appointment. I researched...a lot...before choosing this clinic. The staff are amazing! Honestly I'd fake vision problems just to visit Ben and Katie. The entire staff made me feel so comfortable, relaxed, and certain of my decision. Dr. Chow was a delight; calm and professional character. Beyond thrilled I chose their clinic.
This was my first time needing to get glasses. Going in I had no idea what I was looking for. Luckily Sarah & Katie were there to help me with any questions I had and to help pick out something that looked half decent. (I think glasses look bad on me haha). They are very Covid conscious and make sure your visit is a comfortable one.
