Took our SethThomas mantle clock in to be repaired. Took weeks to get a response. Man at the front counter said all it needs is a good cleaning. “Clock was not in bad shape at all. Said price would be 100-150. I said no problem. Having not heard from them for almost two months I called this morning and they said clocked had to be rebuilt and cost was 675 plus tx!!!! A complete “bait and switch” pony show going on here. Avoid them completely and take your needs elsewhere!

Great shop if you need to have your watch serviced or if you want to pick up a gift for yourself or others.
If you like real old fashioned service this is the place. Took my 20 year old Seiko Kinetic in for a new capacitor and not only did I get that but they even sonic cleaned snugged up the stretched links in my strap. All in under 2 hours. I will never take my watches anywhere else.
