Requested an international criminal record report for IRCC, after several verbal communications - was issued a report on CSI letterhead not referencing the source Agency. Waste of circa CAD 1000 with little or not effort from CSI to assist with a workable solution.

Not impressed with these people at all! They made a mistake with my application which they did not notice until I phoned them and asked why had not heard anything for 3 weeks. They had to correct this and resubmit my application which was over a week ago and I am still waiting! Can't start my new job until this is completed properly! I will definitely not be using them again. Will also be informing the CRNNS of my experience with them.
