Well, I bought a laptop from Computer Remarketing when they were located on the Bedford Highway. I DON'T RECOMMEND. Customer service and people skills were simply non-existent. I found the owner condescending and confrontational. Not to mention laptop died less than a year after I bought it.

Not a great experience from the start. Horrible communication and customer service. I purchased a laptop with some specifications and waited some time for it with many unanswered emails. When I finally received it and got it home, I found out it did not have what I wanted. The laptop went back and forth for a few months including a couple months absence to who knows where , after it crashed due to a faulty fan. It's in my possession now. It is not what I asked for and continues to malfunction due to a faulty fan situation. I have now given up and taken it as a Loss. Would not recommend this place at all.

Was looking for a charger for my lap top on two occasions. Each time while communicating via phone I was told they had one, they said come right up.Showed up at the store & some older gentleman was minding the store.He appeared to have very little knowledge about computers & the products in the store.On both occasions when this happened we had to wait almost 1.5 hours for the owner to show up.Did not get the charger they said they had.Both trips were a waste of time & money.Will never go back there again.
