Such a lovely spot! The prices are totally fair, the instructors are super knowledgeable and attentive. You will leave every class feeling like you've progressed and that you have the tools to continue progressing (if you do your homework and put the work in). It's a great spot for adults and older kids to gain physical literacy, body awareness, and learn new skills in a safe way. Staff and students are a wonderful, close knit, community of playful active humans. As a side note, the gym space itself gets very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. So plan accordingly.

Mike has a true talent for working with and teaching kids. My son has been a patron for over two years and loves it. Something I can't say of many of his other activities!
Nice place and very friendly staff. Visited during an open house event, the girl taught my daughter how to play scarf among other things, we had a great time.
This is one of the happiest places on earth! The instructors are one of a kind; they use techniques that really help the students learn. Very gentle and accommodating type of learning environment.
