Chris helped me and my wife buy our first home before ever setting foot in Halifax. He took the time to get to know what we wanted and kept a look out on the market for us and was very receptive to our many questions we had. He was extremely professional, warm and unlike many other agents out there, absolutely genuine in his desire to help us find the perfect home. He has a great network of amazing people that also helped us, from legal to mortgage brokers and we count our lucky stars that we had him to guide us through the market, and what would work for us and our budget. We know exactly who we will go to for our next place. There is just no one we would trust more!

Very unimpressed with Chris Musial and his professionalism in the real estate business. Chris is representing one of his family members in the sale of some vacant land, our agent approached Chris to purchase one of the plots and advised him of our maximum budget, which he stated should be acceptable. I took time off work to travel to the site and walk with Chris for almost an hour and paid close to 400 for an appraisal on my home to get the funding. We submitted and offer which was countered at 5000 more than our budget plus HST. There had been no mention of HST up to this point and this put the offer at 21,000 over our budget. They were firm on this pricing and we rejected the offer. If Chris had of been up front about their expectations and addition of HST in the price it would have saved myself time/money and not wasted the time of my agent and mortgage broker.
Chris helped my husband and I buy a house in Halifax long distance and made the whole process very easy by doing a lot of the work for us! Highly recommended:)
Very rude! I went to go look at this house and the owners (Oriental couple) told me to leave, I will not be purchasing any house from this agent.
As I was looking to buy a house in west Bedford, a Chinese couple approached me and told me to get off their property but I seen that the house was for sale. Very bad service. I will not be buying any houses in that neighbourhood.
