The overages of texts and calls makes me think I'm trying to rip you off. The interest rates are atrocious but in todays economy these rates reflect your employees wages.
Had to send money yesterday was was greeted by a very uppity lady. Zero eye contact, zero personal skills. I had a few questions after the transaction, and when I looked up after signing my documents she wasn't even at the counter. To say the least, I won't be returning to this location. Disgusting customer service.
I walked in with all the proper paperwork they needed, signed a few papers and off I went with my loan, the commercial says 300 for 20 but I was only loaned 250 but it was better than no loan at all and the guy behind the counter was friendly and explained everything so I could understand the process, all in all I would go back to them for a loan without hesitation, it was such an easy way to help me get thru to my next disability cheque, thank you Cash Money. I think all the people at Cash Money are very friendly and very good at their job. I have never had a bad experience I like the way they make it so much easier than other payday loan places to borrow money!
