This business is paradise for medical cannabis patients. The care that goes into running this place is astonishing. All of the employees are incredibly educated on everything and anything you need to know. I cant say enough good things about this business.

Buddy @ the front desk registering you is the most time consuming human being I've met inside of a business. Wasting one's time is literally the most basic and essential key rules inside the business world. Instead of advising patients that they need a doctors note to purchase medicine because of a medical reason, he waits until the very last minute - after an hour of waiting. He clearly doesn't seem to care about other people's time or energy spent waiting to purchase their medicine, he should show a little more knowledge in the business whether it's in regards to medicine, doctors, symptoms, the process, etc. In my perspective he shouldn't be the one greeting customers first thing until he's properly trained. All other employees were great.
Used to love you guys. Daily customer and am constantly sending you new business weekly. However this is the third time I was shorted. Paid for 2g. Came home and weighed it and its 1.2g. Previously I spent way more and was shorted almost a whole gram. Think i may take my business elsewhere if this didnt stop. And ill no longer be sending new customers there week to week.
Poor customer service. They turn away people looking to marijuana as a possible means of medication, instead of educating and guiding first time users through the process. Poor practice just looking to cash out.
The Staff at the Canna Clinic on Dresden Row are extremely Professional and Knowledgeable. I was a sceptic, I went in with a friend and was blown away by the Staff! Every Age, Race, Gender, they all know their stuff, and can guide customers to any type of product they could possibly need or want! I feel safe going there, I am ID'd each time, it's a clean and friendly environment to be in. In the past few weeks, my Husband and I have gone to the NSLC here in Truro to try their products, but it's all weed or oil, what about Edibles?! Bath Bombs? Body Rubs? What they post on their screens doesn't coincide with what they actually have on site to sell...you don't get to see the product, they come in ridiculous sized containers, depending on the company, and the Quality doesn't compare Just my 2 Cents lol. I miss going to Halifax and getting education on anything I was curious about in regards to cannabis, edibles, oils, bath products, health products, etc...we don't dare to go anymore, can't afford to be arrested when we have good careers to consider!
Great staff. Mid level flower. Overpriced shatter. Normally it's packed, wait time 5-10 minutes. Not the best in HRM. But definitely not the worst.
Charge tax. Instant anxiety walking in the door. I didnt feel like it was very safe or secure, place not clean, what is that catpiss smell that permeats the product. Charge tax on already inflated prices. Budtenders to busy for proper customers service, not very organized.I regret giving them my info now.Bought two pre rolls, half the size of two i bought just down the street.My friends and I will not be repeat customers.
All the staff is really friendly and really helpful. Its a little intense going in there for the first time, but too bad.
