The food arrived through skip the dishes fairly quick. The brisket was a little dry and it had no sauce on it I'm custom to having sauce on my brisket. The pulled pork was amazing the cornbread was mediocre. Fries were all that and the mac and cheese was decent. Overall I don't know if I was exactly happy with the price for what I actually got.

Boneheads is one of those spots that will forever hold a special place in my heart. I have yet to leave disappointed or without a heavy bout of the meat sweats. People have told me that there's no shame in taking leftovers home; but Boneheads is not just one of my favorite restaurants, it's an endurance test I will gladly put myself through time and time again.
Best bbq in Halifax!! Pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese, tots, all of it is so full of flavour. I love this place. Minus a star only because my partner got food poisoning. Otherwise really great takeout!
My love and I stopped into Bonehead's BBQ for dinner today as it has been sitting, taunting me across the street from his apartment all week. Nice little place. Cute small-time family atmosphere. Max seating for the restaurant seems to be about 20. Prices are reasonable. I had the brisket, rib and sausage plate which came with a mountain of French fries (seem to be a staple here) and ordered Cole slaw and potatoe salad as a side. (Planning to take home for snacking later.) Cost was about 18CA/pp. The brisket was great, more moist than lean which is just the way I like it. Being from South Texas the sausage wasn't as hardy and spicy as I'm used to but still good and tasty in its own right. There were three sauces on the table; a hearty, a sweet and spicy and a mustard. I passed on the mustard but the other two were very tasty although I would consider neither to be spicy or hot. Again, that opinion is based on my South Texas taste buds. All in all a good little eatery that I won't hesitate to visit again when in Halifax.
Browsed Door Dash for a new place to order food, I saw pictures, and reviews, I thought it seem sumptuous and promising, I ordered pulled pork for my daughter (meal), mine is the 19.99 smoked meat that comes with 2 sides, and I ordered additional the sweet potato, they are getting two stars because the sweet potato and mac n' cheese are good, however the pulled pork besides that we have to throw as there is a hair on the pork, my daughter showed it to me, the hair is short, also the 19.99 smoked meat - 2 tiny strips, with a corn bread (corn bread that cost 1.79 from atlantic superstore is way much better), in short I paid 69.00 not including the 75 tip for the delivery (which is not an issue) , is just not worth it, I highly recommend not to order the 19.99 such a pity and really did not give my money's worth, the pulled pork is a turn-off we have nothing to say as we have to throw it, we did not bother to call as I just thought to review and never order from this restaurant ever again nor recommend ...such a disappointment
I'd rather order my ribs from other places in town. Edited: The issue was the meat was dry and was not soft that it falls off the bone. Not that they were not edible, they were just not enjoyable. Off the top of my head, I know three places in town that have better ribs.
Best place in HRM For ribs and amazing grub.
