I have updated my review to reflect my current experience. After my previous comments about my frustrations, I was contacted promptly by Sean. Sean and my assigned vacation planner have been helpful in finding our family a cottage to rent this year. I would recommend this service- just be aware that the availability on the site calendars is not always accurate. I wish they had an additional colour coding/signal to allow viewers to see if some already have tentative bookings so they can be aware they may need to look at different options. That being said, it is helpful that all the cottages are described in detail with any amenities and features clearly photographed . They are priced reasonably and affordably so that families can enjoy a vacation without having to pay the ridiculous prices you see on other short term rental booking applications. We are looking forward to this summer.

Can I give a zero? Poor response from emails and phone calls. Website is not updated with respect to availability. Website shows lots of availability but when email request for booking is finally answered, a short and sweet \all booked' is the answer. Huge amount of searching time wasted on this site. Very lame effort and interest by website owner. Maybe it is good if your are interested in booking 2 or 3 years in advance. Maybe then the website information will be current.
It's nice to have peace of mind for a rental. And overall it's a decent service. I did take exception with a few things that were incredibly heavy handed. When we left, we cleaned and I took pictures. Yet they erroneously claimed the washrooms weren't cleaned, and I was the last one out. They also claimed we took something that was clearly visible in my departure photos. They pushed back check ins due to alleged covid deep cleanings between visitors. If that was truly the case, why the claim over a washroom that they were allegedly going to deep clean anyway? Again, I had photos. And again, if the cottage was to be deep cleaned, it would have been impossible for them to miss this giant item left out in the open, that they claim we took, and was clearly in my departure images. They claimed we didn't put one item away. I left it open to prevent potential mold after washing. It was right beside where we found it, yet clean, and neatly ready to be used (though again, allegedly deep cleaned?) This was very disappointing after an otherwise relaxing weekend. And while I would still recommend this agency, I HIGHLY recommend the renter takes many time indexed entry and departure images. AND immediately report ANY issue, including odd smells or rodents, to the agency. If you wait until after the fact, those odd smells can be attributed to you not having cleaned.
They need to upgrade the booking process. The system they use is outdated and not very efficient.
