Nobody cuts hair better than Carmen. He is an amazing hair stylist. He cuts curly hair properly. For me he does it so that I can wear it curly or straight There is no one better around. The bottom line is that it you value a proper hair cut more than anything else and want your hair to style properly and look great go and see Carmen. It is worth it. You get full value of his expertise for what you pay. Always meant to write this review finally got around to it :)

I have been highlighting my hair blonde for 10 years and have been to several different hair salons/stylists. After going to Frozan I can honestly say it is the best my hair has ever looked. I have been going to Fro for a year now and I am always so happy with the results. My hair always looks so blonde and healthy. When I first started going to her my hair was brassy and dead and she completely transforms it. I would definitely recommend going to Fro as she is knowledgable, detailed and a very skilled colourist.

Amazing! I had such an excellent experience at this salon. It was my first time doing my hair in a very long time and I was very nervous. My stylist, Kylie, made the experience more than wonderful. She is extremely professional and talented. The atmosphere inside the salon was very welcoming. I was impressed with all of their safety measures and how well they all do their jobs. 11/10

Completely blown away with the results! Went from being a brunette to a blonde bombshell. Thank you Amanda for doing such an amazing job! This girl truly is the best. Turned a disaster into a complete work of art. Beyond impressed to say the least.
