Deauville is the most amazing salon in Montreal. They serve amazing service right when you enter the salon. They respect all of the covid-19 measures and are always succeeding to make everyone feel as safe as possible. They have amazing hair colourists! Everyone over there is amazing and you will never not be happy. Once you go there often you really get to know everyone. Claudia the owner is so nice and always there for you. I would recommend going to Deauville 100%
This place has always been my favourite, And wow, I am impressed with all the changes they made to keep up with covid safety, social distancing, special ventilation. The staff has always been amazing, but they really are going above and beyond to make their clientele feel safe. Keep it up guys!!!
Salon Deauville has never disappointed. First and foremost, they take all the public health measures very seriously. They make sure to take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their clients. They have even surpassed themselves - they went as far as installing an air purification system all across the salon. During these difficult times, they were able to stay organized, efficient and most of all, consistent. All elements that are important to maintain operational excellence. The customer service is impeccable. I personally go to salon Deauville for all things hair related, so I could not speak about the rest (and huge array) of the services the salon offers. From the minute you walk in, there's always someone to give you a warm welcome. The owner - Claudia is very involved in her business and it shows by how its run. She is always present and I always see her walking around to ensure all clients are getting quality service. You can tell she is constantly striving for continuous improvement. The staff members from the front desk to the technicians I've encountered are also always extremely nice. Thank you all for your hard work and dedication. My experiences have always been excellent. For future clients looking at this review - look no further, Salon Deauville is the place to go!
