This was the most professional place I’ve ever done business with. Not only is the office very clean and comfortable but they have little to no wait time, the time you are scheduled for is the time you are seen. Not only that but D and her team are very knowledgeable, kind, accommodating and courteous. The most pleasant office I have ever entered. They have great, competitive prices and really work with your needs. I came in wanted one thing but because I wasn’t a good candidate for it they wouldn’t do it and offered me another option that was better for my body and over all health and aesthetic. I trusted them with something that made me self conscious for years and I know it was the right thing to do. I not only feel better already, but I’m also seeing the results I wanted and have 24/7 support through the whole process. 12/10. I HIGHLY recommend. Consults are free which is a huge bonus. I recommend everyone who is interested in checking out hair lose treatment come here.

i have been a client here for almost 3 years, and about a year ago i decided to go on their monthly program, In which I was supposed to get 4 hair system COSTUME MADE, for my head. They took the proof twice to send it to the factory so I make sure my system fits right perfectly. Well I am on my 3rd now, and the name on my system is Patel something, clearly not my Orban name. I am not happy to pay 5k a year to get someonel.s hair. Defeats the reason why I went on the program in the first place. In January I was away for personal reasons, and at my return the manager was on holiday, so Ieft them a messages to contact me once she is back as i NEED TO MAKE SOME CHANGES TO MY PROGRAM BECAUSE I AM NOT HAPPOY AT ALL WITH THE SERVICES, AND MY HAIR IS A TOTAL DISASTER SINCE THEY POUT IT ON. The manbager has return 2 months ago but never bothered to call or email me. They made a receptionist that does not even know email me. I never met the girl because she was hired while I was away in January. WEell, the receptionist changes every week there.. I hope the company in Dubai see's this comment and will contact me directly, as I have nothing to discuss with D. i DO REQUEST THAT the hair I paid for with my name on, to be delivered to me. I am not ok wearing patel's hair....ever!! For the money I gave you for the past 3 years, the MINIMUM respect is to at least to be called back. But again, 2 months gone by, nearly 3 at the end of April, and nothing. i WILL COME BACK AND RATE YOU EVERY DAY IF i MUST TILL i GET MY SITUATION MANAGED BY YOU. OH AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE WILL KNOW THE SKETCHY. THINGS THAT GO IN THERE.,.,,.
